We get it — you’re excited to try on your new pieces! That’s why we do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days from our headquarters in the Czech Republic. We offer multiple delivery options, including home delivery, pick-up points, and parcel lockers, so you can choose what suits you best.
Here’s what you need to know about our shipping:

- we offer several carrier options (e.g. Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, DPD, GLS, and more)

🔁 Returns
Sometimes returns happen — and we’re sorry about that, just like you.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes you may need to return an item — and we’re sorry to hear that, just as you probably are.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to return your item in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
