Returns & Exchange

If you're having second thoughts about our pieces, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return it, in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, it must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original brand tag has been cut off. We do not offer exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

For a smooth return process, please send or return the item to the provided address immediately, ensuring it reaches us within 14 days from the date you informed us of your contract withdrawal. Remember, the deadline is considered met if you send back the goods within the 14-day period.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the goods.

To meet the deadline for contract withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the information regarding your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline.
